Lord, I need an answer. What truly can I do?
I need a direction to go so I will not be so blue.
I am working most days doing something I do not like,
By the end of the day I feel I’ve been stabbed with a pike!

Why did this happen? What did I do wrong?
Parts of my life are just a sad old song,
So I have turned it over to Jesus; I just gave Him it all.
Because if I leave it to myself I will surely fall.

Things will get better, but it will be in His time.
When He is ready my attitude will begin to climb.
I know it will improve and be like the number seven.
Which is a perfect number and means I am in Heaven!
